2. eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
  • You must not be a registered sex offender or have any felony convictions

3. account creation

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information
  • One account per person is permitted
  • You may not share or transfer your account to others
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. user conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content

  • Create fake or misleading profiles
  • Manipulate game features or scores
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App

5. content guidelines

5.1 Profile Content

  • Photos must be of you
  • Photos must not contain nudity or explicit content
  • Photos must not contain minors
  • Prompts must not contain hate speech or discriminatory content

5.2 Game Content

  • Drawings must be appropriate and non-offensive
  • Game chat must remain respectful
  • No sharing of personal contact information during games

6. intellectual property

  • The App and its contents are protected by copyright and other laws
  • You retain rights to your content but grant us license to use it
  • You may not copy or distribute App features or content

7. premium features

  • Payment terms are clearly displayed before purchase
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • No refunds except where required by law
  • Prices may change with notice

8. termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Remove content that violates these terms
  • Ban users who repeatedly violate these terms

  • We do not guarantee matches or relationships
  • We are not responsible for user conduct
